Who’s Behind Scribizzy?

Scribizzy started out in 2007 as Melissa Donovan Writing Services. Within months, website copywriting became the flagship writing service, and in 2008, Scribizzy was launched.

Melissa has been writing personally and professionally for over twenty years. Web writing and website design has been an integral part of her career, both as a freelancer and in various positions she has held. Her resume includes positions as a technical writer, sales and marketing coordinator, and freelance web designer. She carries a BA in English with a concentration in creative writing and has studied website design and development both inside and outside of academia.

Melissa also writes fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction and is the founder and editor of Writing Forward, an online publication that provides creative writing tips and ideas, as well tools, techniques, and resources for better writing.
